Monthly Memberships
For members on a monthly subscription plan, you can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, simply log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
6-Month and Annual Memberships
Members who have opted for a 6-month or annual subscription may cancel their membership at any time during the term. However, please note the following:
Cancellations made before the end of the term will not receive a refund for any unused months.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the paid term, at which point it will not renew.
